Shipping policy

Shipping Regions:

We currently ship to most countries within Europe, North America, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@percorso.com.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time & Rates:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days 
  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days 
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days 
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

    You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, unforeseen weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please email support@percorso.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue.
