Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at support@percorso.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

- The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

- Percorso can provide a prepaid DHL return label for convenience; the cost of this label will be deducted from the refund.

- For orders shipped with complimentary (free) delivery, our actual outbound shipping expense may also be deducted from the refund, as this cost is incurred to dispatch your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Sale or discounted items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition or showing signs of wear

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.


Exchanges

If you wish to change size or colour, please return your item as described above and place a new order for the desired product once your refund is processed.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

In the event of withdrawal:

- You will be refunded the product price, minus any shipping costs as outlined above.

- The return shipping cost remains the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise this right, contact support@percorso.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation, please contact us at support@percorso.com.
